Oil & Gas
Flow Station in Nigeria
PSP provided the complete engineering design, procurement, fabrication, and commissioning of a 30,000bpd flow station in the Wari Delta region of Nigeria. The project was over $2.5MM for PSP and included two 15 kbpd electrostatic heater treaters, pump skids, separators, gas scrubber, and automation control system.
Quick Turnaround on a Heater Rebuild for Talos
PSP had the capabilities and resources to rebuild this heater for Talos Energy in less than 6 weeks where competitors were quoting 12 week lead times. This fast rebuild included new blower housing, burner management system, valves, fuel train, instrumentation, and insulation.
Upgrade of Glycol Dehydration System for Enlink
PSP completely upgraded Enlink’s glycol dehydration system at their Belle Rose, LA facility. These upgrades included new burner assemblies, burner management system, instrumentation, fuel train, valves, and pump controls.
Upgrade of Control System for Enlink’s Sorrento Facility
We will do a similar upgrade for Enlink at their Sorrento, LA facility which will include a complete conversion/upgrade from pneumatic to electronic systems, new burner management system, automation control system, communications systems, instrumentation, fuel trains, and pump controls.
Renewables
Biodigesters across Colorado, Georgia, and New Mexico
PSP designed, installed, and commissioned several automation control systems for large dairy biodigester facilities. These facilities convert manure to methane gas which is then cleaned, compressed, and injected into a pipeline.
