Who We Are
Process Solutions & Products (PS&P) is an automation and control systems manufacturer located in New Iberia, LA. From its humble beginnings as the maintenance department of the Allen Tank Company, PS&P has since grown into an independent company and a trusted partner in its own right for partners all around the Gulf and across the country.
We specialize in custom control systems, burner management systems, automation, and custom panels. We design, engineer, and manufacture these products for a wide range of different applications, providing our customers with solutions that are compliant with the standards of their industry, such as NFPA, API, and much more.
Our services go beyond just supplying a control system–our field services team will come onsite to install the product into your equipment, and we’ll provide maintenance and repair as needed in the years to come! PS&P is here for you from the moment we’ve received your quote and beyond the day when your system is installed.
The Panel Shop
PS&P has a fully-equipped panel manufacturing shop to make a wide range of custom control panels, sourcing components for these systems from the most trusted brands in PLC and HMI manufacturing! Each panel is custom-built to meet the particular needs of the customer.
Expert Controls and Panel Engineering Team
We’ve got years of experience in designing, manufacturing, installing, commissioning, and maintaining a variety of products, and we’ve also developed a variety of systems as well thanks to our engineers’ expertise! Those systems include Electrostatic Heater Treaters, Electrostatic Coalescers, Two- and Three-Phase Vertical and Horizontal Separators, Triethylene Glycol Regenerators, Absorber Towers, and PLC-based Control Systems.
