Ignitor/BSL
The Process Solutions & Products Ignitor/BSL combines the ignition for the pilot and the burner safety shutdown technologies together for protection against flame failure. The Ignitor/BSL is designed and built for the harsh environments of the Gulf of Mexico, Permian Basin, Bakken, Marcellus, and worldwide where oil production can be found and is manufactured with components proven to endure extreme operating conditions regularly found in the oil and gas industries. PSP’s Ignitor/BSL also meets the strict U.S. government regulations and safety requirements for the use of an automatic ignition system with a burner shutdown.
The Ignitor/BSL comes in three standard models, 12 VDC, 24 VDC, and 120 VAC, and is available in a NEMA 4X Stainless Steel enclosure for high corrosion and weather resistance. This versatile product can easily be installed on new or existing equipment, such as indirect and direct fired line heaters, glycol reboilers, vertical or horizontal treaters, amine reboilers, and more.
The 12 VDC Model Ignitor/BSL for Unmanned Locations
The 12 VDC Ignitor/BSL has been designed specifically for unmanned equipment. This design features a single electrode to perform all ignition and flame sensing, as well as a Low Watt 3-way control valve (N. C.).
This model comes with comprehensive operating instruction on the front of the unit, and the product will include all necessary components for burner and pilot installation. Or, if you would prefer, our field service technicians are available to install the Ignitor/BSL for you.
