One of the aspects that sets Process Solutions & Products (PSP) apart is our ability to head out to our customers’ facilities to perform installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and other services–like I&E hookups. We have a team of technicians available to travel across the country and handle the installation for all different types of electric or pneumatic controls for a variety of different equipment and systems. 

Instrumentation and Electrical Hook Ups

The PSP team is familiar with a wide range of measuring and process control equipment. We often get called for ‘instrumentation & electrical’ hookups, or I&E, a service where our team goes to the customer’s facility to install any controls necessary for operating, maintaining, and managing production equipment. These could be temperature or pressure sensors, power distribution systems, PLC controls, and any other equipment used to measure and maintain the system’s proper function. Precision in these measurements is crucial for upholding safe operations and for optimizing the overall system’s performance. 

PSP installs the controls used to manage all of the different aspects of these systems, whether those controls are electric or pneumatic. We can design and build the controls in-house and then install them onsite, or troubleshoot and upgrade existing systems for our customers. Regardless, our goal is always the same–to provide our customers with a streamlined, easily accessible way to manage their production equipment and ensure the safety of their team members.
