Transformers
The electrostatic transformer is the heart of any electrostatic precipitator. To form an electrostatic field for the precipitator, some applications require high voltage….up to 50kVDC. The 100% reactance electrostatic transformer accomplishes this. PSP is the only company that keeps various sizes of transformers IN STOCK, ready to ship immediately. Want to service or repair your existing transformer? PSP can do that, too. From standard tank refurbishing to rewinding or replacing the cores, PSP can fix what time, heat, and corrosion have destroyed for significantly less cost than a new unit.
High-Voltage Entrance Bushings
The high-voltage entrance bushing is the device used to pass the high voltage from the transformer to the grids inside the electrostatic precipitator vessel. The entrance bushing is also the process seal that isolates the production fluid (oil) from the transformer. Failures of the entrance bushing are known to happen, and when they do, production suffers. PSP manufactures our own high-voltage entrance bushings, and we keep them IN STOCK.
Grid Packages & Components
If the transformer is the heart of an electrostatic precipitator, the grid package is the hands doing the actual work. The grid package is the components inside the vessel responsible for creating the electrostatic field that does the actual work on the production fluid. Composed of many components, the grid package is subject to failures that usually happen in easily replaceable items such as the Teflon insulated hangers or float balls. Again, PSP keeps these items IN STOCK.
